On this past weekend the Royal Order of Jesters held their annual Ladies Weekend Special at your establishment. The facility is beautiful and everything was first class with not one complaint being registered by anyone. I specifically wish to comment on a couple of matters. Firstly the staff, without exception, was the most cordial and accommodating that we have ever had to deal with. You are so fortunate in having such wonderful people working for you. Next the rooms were exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding with most of our people advising they had never stayed in any cleaner of nicer rooms. Lastly, but not least, the food was excellent, well prepared, hot and delicious. Please convey to the caterer, chef and staff our heartfelt congratulations and thanks for such great meals. I would ask you to please pass on our gratitude and remarks to your wonderful staff that went our of their way to ensure we had a memorable weekend. Thank you all so very much.

Wow- What a wonderful and relaxing night at the INN. The Manor King room was beautiful and we really felt like we were staying on an estate. We took a beautiful walk and had a relaxing time in the hot tub. It was perfect!

Whether I'm there on company business with BC Lotteries or relaxing with my family the South Thompson Inn is such a special place.
The setting is so relaxing: The lush green grounds, colorful flower baskets, the horses grazing in their pastures, or sitting poolside while the Thompson River drifts lazily by.
The amenities are all there: Professionally appointed conference rooms with on-site catering, audio visual equipment, and easy access to the out of doors.
The character and charm: From the stone fire place to the cathedral ceilings, the post and beam construction or the country feeling of each unique room. You even have a fine dining restaurant with exquisite food and wine.

The food and beverage were of the caliber one would expect when entering a dream world like the South Thompson Inn. From the moment you left your car, greeted by the breathtakingly beautiful Palomino and perfectly attired rider you knew you were entering another world. Then as you walk up the stair way to the grand entrance the atmosphere for the evening was set, and who better to greet your guests than bubbly Anne-Marie Pankratz who made everyone feel right at home from the get go. With your facility just minutes from down town Kamloops, local residents and business owners alike should be taking advantage of your beautiful facility for their business and pleasure needs.
Add to this the décor set to perfection according to the true Kentucky style you are truly a place all visitors to Kamloops should take the time to visit, spend an evening or week and share a meal. You are one of Kamloops natural beauties, our hidden secret, in every sense of the word.
The entire evening was one fit for the caliber one would expect when attending a Chamber Social. The tour of the Manor House only added to the evening along with the great door prizes you gave away during the course of the evening. The rooms too were set so that there was ample space to network and visit without feeling over crowded or cramped. My Vote is to have you host at least one Chamber Social each year and, just a thought, but what about hosting the Chamber of Commerce Christmas Social?
