The Inn is located on 55 beautifully landscaped acres stretching from the vibrant green lawns to the sparkling blue river's edge. Upon entering the gates and driving past the white fences, equestrian centre and horse paddocks - our guests start to feel the ever welcoming unique experience of this "Kentucky Style Inn with Western Hospitality".

Accommodations consist of 57 tastefully appointed and individually decorated guest rooms, located in 'The Inn', 'The Manor House', and the 'Stable Suites'. The Inns unique boutique guest rooms offer balconies with breathtaking river or mountain views. The guest rooms are fully appointed and complete with luxurious bathrobes. Each individually designed room is named after either a famous racehorse or race way in North America.

The Manor House is a spacious, modern 7-bedroom home ideal for wedding groups,, family reunions, corporate retreats, women's retreats, & golf vacations. Very comfortable for a group of 14 but can easily accommodate more. The huge, country style kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room and cozy family room offer a private space for groups to be together. The huge kitchen patio overlooking the river is a popular place for picnics and barbecues. Take in the panoramic view from the newly constructed second floor balcony or relax in the private 5-person hot tub and soak up the serenity. The Master bedroom or Manor King offers you a king sized featherbed with a thick feather duvet with full window view overlooking the South Thompson river. As well there is a corner fireplace, cozy bathrobes, built in TV and a bar fridge to make your stay even more comfortable. The full ensuite features a separate shower & jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms overlook the river with patio door access. Both guest rooms have a queen size bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed, duvets, cozy bathrobes and a full ensuite. Two bedrooms have a spectacular mountain view. Both guest rooms offer a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed, duvets and cozy bathrobes. These two bedrooms have a shared full bathroom in between them. These rooms are ideal for a family to stay. The two upstairs bedrooms have french doors leading onto a furnished deck with spectacular views overlooking the river and mountains. Both guest rooms feature a queen bed with a sitting area and a sofa bed, cozy bathrobes and full ensuite. The Great room is a spacious living area with a kitchen overlooking the river. Features include comfy leather furniture, corner fireplace, built in stereo system and doors leading out onto the furnished patio with gas BBQ and private hot tub.
